Return Process

  • Step 1: Email Support

    • In subject line, write:
      RETURN - [Your order number]
    • Please give us a brief explanation on why you're returning to help us improve our product!

  • Step 2: Print return label and send back

    We'll email you a return shipping label to send us back your order.

  • Step 3: Get your refund

    Once we receive the returned order, your account will be credited back in full!
